Gerben believes in helping people to discover and look after what is important to them by finding out what’s not working for them, and what they might like instead. He loves to hear about what people are good at and what they have learned in their own lives to see how those things can help them as they find their way forward.
Gerben has trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
